What to Include in a Freight Request
The more complete your information, the faster we can give you a useful answer. We do not quote blindly — details drive the response.
- Commodity type and general description of the cargo
- Total weight and pallet or piece count
- Dimensions, including anything oversized
- Pickup city and state, with any dock or appointment requirements
- Delivery city and state, with receiving hours if known
- Preferred pickup date and any timing constraints
- Special handling notes, such as stacking limits or temperature needs

We keep our commitments realistic. Service details are confirmed in writing for each shipment before it moves.
- Pricing is provided per request, based on the lane and the specifics of the cargo.
- Scheduling is discussed with you directly. We do not advertise guaranteed transit times.
